About us
A new VPN for 2026, built after we looked at the rest.
Tunnelo launched in 2026. Before we wrote a line of code we spent months using the VPNs everyone already knows.
Why we started
Many of those products are good at marketing and good enough for casual use. Under the hood we kept seeing the same gaps: traffic that is not fully encrypted end to end on the path we cared about, features customers ask for still missing, and accounts tied to email addresses that never needed to exist.
We are not here to trash competitors. We are here because we wanted something stricter on privacy and closer to what users actually request in support forums and reviews.
So we built our own and put customer feedback at the center of the roadmap.
What we focus on
- Anonymous accounts with no email required
- WireGuard only, with encryption by default
- RAM only servers and a public no-logs commitment
- Prepaid time with no dark patterns on renewal
- Features shipped because users asked, not because a slide deck demanded them
We are young, which means we listen. Tell us what you need on the contact page or in the apps.
How we work
The safest data is data that never exists. Our apps are open source where it helps you verify our claims. Independent audits matter to us, and we would rather ship fewer features well than a long list of half finished toggles.
We do not take ads, we do not sell bandwidth to third parties and we do not bundle unrelated products into your subscription. Our users pay us, so we answer to you.
Where we are today
2026. Public launch with apps for major platforms, European infrastructure first, multi-hop routing and payment options that respect privacy, including cash and cryptocurrency.
We are expanding locations and polishing the dashboard every month. If something is missing for you, say so. That is how this company started.
